Tuition in Eretz Yisroel is much less than it is in the USA. Girls
generally receive free tuition or pay only 500 shekel a year, since
their schools are funded by the government. Boys generally pay 400
shekel per month which is around $110. This is pretty manageable,
unless a person has a few boys and is struggling to survive and pay
even his basic bills. Having to pay the tuition for 3-4-5 boys each
month can be a very heavy burden on families that are hardly
cutting it. Torah study of young boys is so important that they
will not even be interrupted for the construction of the Bais
Hamikdash. Take a part in this tremendous merit and help sponsor a
boy’s Talmud Torah education for a little over $100 each month. A
single month’s coverage or even partial coverage is also a great
thing.
