Organizers from Tzfat are operating a campaign to provide a pair of Tzitzis for each soldier. They will distribute these amongst the soldiers on the North or South borders, many who anxiously want Tzitizis.  Along with the Tzitzis they also want to give a pocket Tikkun Haklali or Tehilim to each soldier.
